Diego Fernández Pedroche

I'm Diego Fernández Pedroche, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nuxia. With more than 25 years in the IT industry, I've had the privilege of working in various roles, including architect, project manager, and sales executive, across international environments. My career has been driven by a customer-centric approach and a relentless pursuit of excellence, principles that are now embedded in the DNA of Nuxia's teams.

I am a Technical and Superior Engineer with a Master’s degree in Free and Open Source Software Technology and an MBA with excellent qualification. My diverse educational background has equipped me with the skills needed to tackle complex challenges and drive innovative solutions. Throughout my career, I have managed and executed complex, international projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and children, and I have a passion for sports in general. Balancing personal life, closeness, knowledge, and professionalism are values that our teams embody.

What motivates me the most in this new journey is the opportunity to collaborate with highly qualified teams of exceptional human character. These teams not only make technical solutions viable but also foster a close and collaborative approach.
